TechSIG (Innovation, Technology, and Interactivity Special Interest Group) is dedicated to supporting marketing academics and professionals who are passionate about the intersection of technology and marketing. Founded by Gary Lynn, TechSIG held its inaugural meeting on August 4, 1996, at the Summer Marketing Educators’ Conference. Since then, TechSIG has been a key contributor to every AMA Academic Conference, offering panels and sessions that drive forward-thinking discussions.

Our group focuses on sharing insights in areas such as digital marketing (e.g., web, social, mobile), innovation (e.g., new product development), direct marketing (e.g., clickstream modeling, A/B testing), marketing of technology (e.g., artificial intelligence), and technology-driven products (e.g., smartphones, biotech, 3D printing).
